Hello! Welcome to FloraVena~I am a bioregional herbalist and environmental science educator in Western CT. I've been working with plants for over 20 years, growing, foraging, crafting herbal medicine, and teaching.I once read that an average American can name 100 corporate logos but cannot identify 10 plants that grow near their home. It's my job to change that!I teach classes on growing medicinal gardens, making herbal medicine in the kitchen, foraging and identifying edible and medicinal pants, and more.
